Harbor, a black and tan coonhound from Boulder, Colo., has the distinction of having the "Longest Ears on a Living Dog," according to Guinness World Records.

The 8-year-old dog’s ears are more than a foot long: Harbor’s left ear measures 12.25 inches and his right is 13.5 inches.

According to Guinness, Harbors ear span is

Greater that the height of Junrey Balawing, the world’s shortest man (23.5 inches)

Wider than the worlds smallest road-legal car (26 inches)

Longer than four of the worlds shortest dog (6 inches)

The previous record holder for longest ears was Illinois bloodhound Tigger, who died two years ago, and had a 13.5-inch ear and a 13.75-inch ear.
