Partners for Healthy Pets (PHP), an alliance of 100+ veterinary associations, veterinary colleges, and animal health companies focused on preventive care led by AAHA and the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), is offering a free, downloadable suite of tools to help you implement forward booking in your practice.

The Ready, Set, Go! forward booking initiative, done in partnership with Veterinary Medical Association Executives (VMAE), is an array of ready-to-use resources that surround the implementation of forward booking at the practice level.

First, you’ll want to read The Key to Forward Booking Appointments:  Unlock the Potential of a Best Practice for Your Practice. This roadmap is designed to help you implement the suit of forward booking tools provided.

Some of those tools include the forward booking “how-to” training guide—a 12-page training guide packed full of everything you need to know about forward booking. A series of six videos—five of which are new—cover talking to clients about forward booking at every stage of their visit, from the time they walk in the door until the time they leave.

Don’t forget about the buttons you can order for all staff members to wear, provided by PHP free of charge.
