12 months. 365 days. 8760 hours. The countdown to Connexity 2018 is officially on!

While you wait, here are a few things you should know about AAHA’s brand-new, member-focused experience just for AAHA-accredited practice teams:

It’s not your typical veterinary conference. At AAHA, we’re on a mission to transform the traditional conference experience and bring relevance, meaning, passion, and compassion back to the amazing individuals of our profession. Guided by key issues currently affecting veterinary professionals, large group and interactive breakout sessions will focus on solving common problems through experiential learning, such as field trips, teambuilding activities, case study work, and more.

We’re rolling out updates in real time. Planning for Connexity 2018 is in full swing and the team at AAHA HQ is hard at work creating a unique experience you won’t soon forget. What does this mean? Because Connexity is still in development, you’ll be the first to hear about the latest happenings—from the announcement of our keynote speakers to our lineup of CE and extracurricular activities—as they happen.

The content is up to you (yes, really!). Excited to see what kind of CE you’ll find at Connexity? We are, too! At AAHA, our members are at the center of everything we do, and Connexity is no exception. That’s why our educational content is actively being shaped by the people who know what kind of education a veterinary conference should have: You! Connexity is focused on finding solutions to everyday problems in veterinary practice, which means we want to know about the issues that are keeping you up at night so we can tailor our sessions to meet your needs. We’re also intentionally leaving some educational opportunities open until we get closer to the big event to ensure we’re tackling the most relevant problems affecting your practice right now.  Got an issue you’d like some help with? We’re all ears and will be reaching out for your feedback throughout the year.

Kevin Brown is back by popular demand. You may want to rethink that early morning flight. Based on overwhelmingly positive feedback from AAHA Nashville 2017, we are thrilled to have Kevin Brown back to deliver the keynote on the final day of Connexity 2018. An inspiring (and hilarious) storyteller, Kevin will send you back to your practice armed with ideas, strategies, and principles that will inspire your team to show up every day and make a positive difference, both personally and professionally.

Booking early = your best experience. Connexity is designed to be a highly immersive experience—and we’ve saved you a room right in the middle of the action. Located across the street from the Colorado Convention Center and just one block from Denver’s famous 16th Street Mall, you’ll have access to everything Connexity and the Mile High City have to offer at the Hyatt Regency, including offsite activities, dine-arounds, and more. Don’t wait—book now.

Pssst! Want even more Connexity? Check out additional details and register at aaha.org/connexity.
