As a veterinary professional, you understand the importance of preventive care—but do your clients? By gaining a better understanding of your clients’ needs, you can enhance your communication skills and grow your preventive health care practice.

Led by AAHA and the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), Partners for Healthy Pets (PHP) has developed a program to help practice teams proactively communicate with clients and motivate them to embrace routine veterinary visits.

Upon completion of the Preventive Care Certificate Program, you will have the tools and resources you need to communicate the value and benefit of preventive care to your clients in a way that enhances the veterinary-client-patient relationship and improve the overall quality of preventive health care provided in your practice.

Including a range of topics from preventive guideline implementation to social media tips, the 10-module certificate program is free to participating practices and can be completed on your own time.
