Veterinary practice consultant, Tracy Dowdy, CVPM, has partnered with VetFolio to bring users her Relationship Centered Practice® video series for free. The series will help leaders of veterinary practices more efficiently and effectively run their businesses and experience true success.

“This partnership is ideal because VetFolio and I have similar goals,” Dowdy said. “We want to provide valuable educational content to veterinary professionals to improve their businesses and their lives. VetFolio users will gain the confidence and competence to lead their teams and manage their practices like they’ve never done before.”

Through the Relationship Centered Practice Academy (RCPA), veterinary practices are transformed from doctor-centered to relationship-centered, focusing on the relationships between pet owners and the practice, pets and the practice, pets and pet owners, and practice team members.

Dowdy leads each module and guides users through the development and implementation of various key components of successful practices, including creating a strategic mission and vision, getting (and keeping) the best people on board, setting standards in the practice, creating standard operating procedures, and accurately and regularly measuring data.

Owners of relationship-centered practices find that their hospitals become well-oiled machines, enabling them to live fuller lives while experiencing business success. Team members enjoy a happier workplace, with consistent policies and procedures and a culture of empowerment and trust.

“We are aware of many of the struggles that practice owners and managers go through as they work to make their practices successful,” said Jay Hula, MBA, VetFolio executive director. “VetFolio users will come away from this course with practical knowledge and new tools they can use in their practices to further their success.
