Getting the entire team on board with hospital safety protocols isn’t always easy. Now, AAHA Press is making it easier by offering both award-winning veterinary workplace training videos in the Be Safe Series together on one convenient and durable flash drive.

The flash drive contains Veterinary Safety Training for the Whole Practice Team, which includes safety information for the entire practice, and Veterinary Safety Training for Medical and Technical Staff, with information specifically for those who work directly with animals and chemicals.

Reviewed and updated to include OSHA’s new Globally Harmonized System rules for hazardous chemicals, these videos were designed to be used as part of a comprehensive safety program to help your practice meet the OSHA requirement for training staff about hazards in the workplace.

Both videos are veterinary practice–specific and use easy-to-understand terminology to increase comprehension and application of the materials. Both present safety issues in terms of quality patient care, not as impediments to getting the job done.

The accompanying workbooks reinforce the information provided in the videos and include test questions to help the user and practice manager assess comprehension and progress.

The Be Safe Series training program blends safety, quality patient care, and the need for productivity into a balanced format that can help your entire practice team achieve safety success.
