As a veterinarian member of AAHA, the AVMA Task Force on Antimicrobial Stewardship in Companion Animal Practice would like your input.

Due to the increasing concern regarding antimicrobial resistance, veterinary medicine has come under scrutiny for its antimicrobial prescribing practices. AAHA and AVMA would like to gain an understanding of current barriers and ways to improve appropriate antibiotic use in the clinic setting.
