I/we hereby grant permission to the American Animal Hospital Association (“AAHA”) the rights and use of image(s), video(s), recording(s) and/or any other print and/or digital assets provided to AAHA as listed below (the “Assets), without payment or any other consideration to (your organization) and its associated companies, to be used for, but not limited to, the following purposes:

• Social media
• Advertisements
• Presentations
• Course content
• Promotional collateral

I/we waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the Assets and understand that the Assets may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed by AAHA, and further waive the right to inspect or approve any derivative product. I/we also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area. Further, I/we warrant that I/we are the legal owner of the Assets, and this release does not infringe upon any other copyright ownership of the Assets.

By signing this release, I/we understand this permission signifies that the Assets may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in a public setting and that there is no time limit on the validity of this release.

By signing this form, I/we acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I/we hereby release any and all claims against any person or AAHA and its associated companies for use of the Assets.
