Leadership at HFMA

At HFMA, Jordan was essential in creating a collaborative and results-oriented organizational culture. He spearheaded a complete digital transformation of HFMA’s business model, which helped the organization achieve its goal of becoming “the Netflix of associations.” Under his leadership, HFMA’s member retention rates increased by more than 5%, and new member acquisition increased by over 20%.

Education and Innovation

Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and a master’s in business administration (MBA) from the University of Colorado. He is passionate about education and innovation, as evidenced by his work with EDUCAUSE to create NextGenLearning, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving student success by funding and scaling new teaching and learning models.

Commitment to AAHA’s Mission

“As a member-based association, AAHA must strive to offer robust personalized content, including relevant learning opportunities, community engagement, and solutions to problems,” Jordan said. “I am committed to applying my experience and expertise to help AAHA achieve its mission of providing the highest quality care to pets and their people.”
