What does my booth include?

  • 10x15 booths include one locking cabinet, one or two highboy table(s) and stools, a 6-foot draped table (if needed), electricity, access to conference WiFi, a floor decal with your company logo, and a branded meter board (sponsors to supply artwork).
  • 10x10 booths include one 6-foot draped table, one small round table, two chairs, access to conference WiFi, electricity, a floor decal with your company logo, and a branded meter board (sponsors to supply artwork).
  • Each booth, regardless of size, includes four booth passes, with additional booth passes available for $150 each. A full-access sponsor conference pass including CE is $500.

Where do I ship to?

We will send out an exhibitor kit with all shipping and handling specifics in mid-July or early August.  

How do I register my entire group?

You are able to register everyone as a group on the same registration using this link.  The system will automatically comp the first four registrations, but charge for the fifth.   

If you have multiple booths, it’s best to do two registrations: one for your first set of four, and another for the second set. If you have any further questions, please reach out to Judi Kodner Casey, [email protected], 877-845-9696.

What is included in the booth staff registration?

Booth staff registration includes access to the exhibit hall to meet with guests. Continental breakfast, lunch, coffee and snack breaks, as well as drinks and appetizers during the sponsor reception on Friday are also included. Access to CE and activities you are not sponsoring are not included in this pass. To access full CE courses and all activities, a full conference registration is required. 

When will I get an attendee list?

Registration lists will be provided four weeks before the conference, and attendee lists will be provided after the conference. The lists will contain names and addresses, as well as email addresses of guests who opted to receive sponsor communication.
