Can we attend Connexity education sessions? >

Yes! Connexity CE is included with your sponsorship.

When can I get an attendee list? >

Pre-conference list: available by approximately September 8.
Post-conference list: available in early October.

Can I capture leads at my booth? >

Yes! When you rent a lead retrieval system, you can instantly and easily capture attendee contact information. Just point and scan the QR code on attendees' badges. Learn more and order here.

With COVID back on the rise, can I cancel my participation? >

AAHA will not be cancelling Connexity for any reason. Therefore, any organization that cancels its Connexity 2021 participation will incur a $500 change fee and must apply its Connexity funds to another AAHA sponsorship or advertising activity before December 31, 2021.
