Jack Teitelman

Jack is the founder and CEO of TITAN Group, a provider of DEA risk mitigation services for healthcare organizations who manufacture, distribute, administer, dispense, and/or prescribed controlled substances. Prior to starting TITAN, Jack spent 26 years working for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), gaining extensive experience in all facets of complex criminal drug conspiracy cases winning numerous awards. Jack has completed numerous foreign and domestic drug cases that established his expertise across investigations, physical security assessments, and sophisticated advanced technical surveillance programs.

Upon retiring from the DEA, Jack saw increasing gaps in DEA compliance throughout the healthcare industry as America’s opioid epidemic continued to scale, which led him to draw on his almost three decades of experience to form TITAN Group. For the past four years, TITAN has served numerous organizations from manufacturers and distributors to pharmacies, hospitals, and animal health providers to ensure DEA compliance and reduce risk across the supply chain. Jack recently released a book, “Safeguarding Controlled Substances” focused on providing best practices to decode the complexities of federal and state laws and regulations.

Jack earned his B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of North Florida and attended numerous DEA and industry training programs.
