The Membership Audit and Control Committee primarily communicates via email.  The nature of these emails can be sporadic and time consuming based on the needs of the members within the Association.  The committee shall hold Teams teleconference(s) on a bi-annual, if not quarterly, basis depending on the nature of those communications.

The teleconferences are scheduled by the AAHA staff liaison ahead of time via a doodle poll to determine date and time.

One of those teleconferences is a standing meeting held every September following the week of AAHA Con.

During the September teleconference the committee transitions to a new AAHA Board liaison.

The committee will send board reports to the AAHA Board of Directors ahead of the annual board meetings in January and June each year. The staff liaison will facilitate these reports and pass them along to the Executive Assistant.
