Helen Beaman, MSW, LCSW

My name is Helen Beaman, MSW, LCSW. I’m a licensed clinical social worker who serves within the state of Oregon. I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences from Oregon State University. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California. I am a cognitive behavioral therapist who employs a diverse range of theoretical lenses to gain further insight into the nature of my clients’ concerns. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, stress management, and grief. I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan. Always seeking to provide an affirming, empowering environment for growth and healing. In my free time I enjoy rock-hounding, running, yoga, reading, hiking, crafting and spending time with my family and pets.
