AAHA Learning FacilitatorsAAHA is always interested in adding new learning facilitators and content to our yearly conference educational offerings.

What AAHA asks of learning facilitators:

  • Facilitate learning with the use of adult learning principles rather than lecturing — this is why we changed from using the term speaker to learning facilitator
  • Develop fresh, cutting-edge content
  • Provide "take-home" content and materials that can be immediately implemented by attendees
  • Willingness to work with AAHA staff to enhance the educational experience of our attendees

What AAHA provides to our learning facilitators:

  • Competitive compensation rates
  • Travel costs and per diem
  • Assistance in session design and content development if desired
  • Attendee session evaluation feedback and comments
