"Being a member of an AAHA-Accredited VMG has taught me more about practice management in the past 4 years than all of the management CE courses I have attended in the past 20 years."

-  Dr. Darren Taul, Lancaster Veterinary Hospital, Kentucky

" Adair County Animal Hospital joined an AAHA-Accredited Veterinary Management Group (VMG) in 2016. We joined to learn more about the management side of our business. We wanted to be asking  the right questions and determine if our practice was growing at a healthy rate. We also wanted to be able to affect predictable change. The learning experience we began in the North American Business Association ( NABA) has been enhanced even further in our VMG. My practice manager and I have learned a tremendous amount during this process. Our AAHA-Accredited VMG creates a system of accountability that now propels us to account for things in our business that we should always be evaluating. When you have the knowledge and information to take the pulse of your practice, you can become more proactive in making positive changes where they are needed within your practice. Being part of an AAHA-Accredited VMG motivates my staff and shows us the room we have for improvement despite all of the success we have already achieved. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made. "

-  Dr. Shantila F. Rexroat, Adair County Animal Hospital, Kentucky

"The benchmarking and accountability skills I learned in VMG are significant reasons for the success and growth of my practice. The friendships changed my life forever!"
