NAVC News Nugget

In several sessions, NAVC speakers asked audience members to guess which professional traits were most important to clients. In three sessions, audience members assumed that empathy was most important but reliability was number one. In a practice management session, Christine Merle, DVM, MBA, CVPM gave the following figures:

  • Reliability:              32 percent
  • Responsibility:      22 percent
  • Empathy:                16 percent
