This month, the Jumpstart Your Practice Online series is offering Module 5: Reputation Management 101. You’ll learn how to respond to neutral or positive, negative, and malicious or offensive language, and the 4 Do’s and Don’ts for Responses. You’ll also learn how to set up Google Alerts so that you’re informed whenever your practice is mentioned.
The module includes a video and video transcript, slides and video audio, and a Google Alerts Configuration.
