Andi Davison, LVT, CAPP

Andi Davison, LVT, CAPP, has been on the wild ride that is veterinary medicine since 2001 and she's experienced it all. She has been involved in many facets of small and large animal medicine, practice co-ownership and a variety of leadership roles. All these experiences have given her a front-row seat to the realities of vet med. This is a fulfilling and meaningful career. It can also be mentally and emotionally challenging and most of us seem too afraid to talk about it. That strain took its toll causing Andi to pivot. She now dedicates her broad experience and advanced education to promote positive change in the profession as a “positive change agent” with Flourish Veterinary Consulting.
