From Trends to Trendsetter: What’s to come at AAHA January 2025
New year, new Trends? In some ways, yes. We’re changing the way we do things around here to suit the needs of our digital audience—but we’re also bringing back some timeless classics while living out our mission to forward veterinary excellence in all corners of practice.
What’s to come is a monthly preview of upcoming content and events at AAHA published during the first week of every month.
Every new year brings changes, and 2025 is no exception. For months, the teams at AAHA have been working toward a transition to digital media, and our debut is finally here! Although our platform is changing, our mission to elevate the standards of small animal care through accreditation and ongoing initiatives remains the same. Here’s a sneak peek at what to expect in the new year.
From Trends to Trendsetter
Out with the old and in with the new! Trends is going digital—we’re combining the content you’ve come to love in our print publication with new, expanded digital content. Want to stay up to date with everything going on in veterinary medicine? Our new email newsletter that highlights all our Trends content does just that: Check out the new Trendsetter newsletter.
It is our hope that AAHA’s content will be more accessible than ever to both veterinary professionals and their clients. New content will feature more multimedia elements, improved accessibility features, and will be easier to share with clients via links.
Recurring content
New years represent new cycles, and AAHA’s news cycle is getting a makeover in 2025. Not only are we moving from a thrice weekly to daily publishing schedule to complete our Trends merger, but we’re adding cyclical content as well. Look out for monthly content like our popular From the Guidelines series, our new Dear Labby advice column, What’s to Come content previews to kick off each month, and more, as well as breaking stories in the veterinary world.
