Our guest this week is Margaret Spalletta, RVT, a Practice Consultant Manager here at AAHA. Margaret is also an advocate for AAHA’s End of Life Care (EOLC) accreditation program. This episode focuses heavily on EOLC, what the EOLC accreditation looks like, and which types of practices can benefit from it. She also shared some examples of how teams can learn more about EOLC through AAHA’s End of Life Care certificate program as well as educational opportunities offered by other leading End of Life Care organizations.
