Kelly Cooper, DVM

Kelly Cooper, DVM, is an author, speaker, the founder of Reality Vet Coaching & Consulting, and practicing veterinarian. She has over 25 years of industry experience, first as an independent practice owner and then as a senior leader with Banfield Pet Hospital. Dr. Kelly lives outside Portland, Oregon, with her husband Paul, three cats and a dog. She volunteers on the AVMA Council on Veterinary Services and is a past-president of the Oklahoma VMA. She is a member of VetPartners, VHMA, AAHA, IVPA, and the Oregon and Washington VMAs.
