Distance Education Veterinary Technology Program (DEVTP)

You’re already passionate about animal health, but maybe becoming a credentialed technician feels out of reach. Balancing work, life, and school can be tough. That’s why AAHA partnered with Dallas College to create the Distance Learning Veterinary Technology Program (DEVTP), an online veterinary technician program for working veterinary assistants. This program helps you advance your career while still working in the field.

DEVTP has been a great way to set a firm foundation for my veterinary career. The flexibility of taking classes while working with patients has been my favorite part. It’s so helpful to be able to back up the concepts I’m learning in class with hands-on opportunities at work. Sarah Adcock
