From Chaos to Control: Inventory Management Symposium
May 19-21 @ 6:00 PM MST
In this three-day webinar series, we cover the importance of inventory management for veterinary clinics. Day One examines five pitfalls that veterinary clinics face in inventory management, and where to start when your supply closet is a “hot mess.” Day Two looks at cycle counting, controlled substances, and more aspects of daily execution and SOPs that help solidify inventory management systems. Day Three covers the optimization of inventory management and where a clinic can expect to be a year after implementing a successful system. Each session stands on its own and also takes you from setup to mastery over the course of three evenings.

He also recently wrote and published a book entitled Redefining Veterinary Workplace Efficiency: Building Stronger Teams Through People, Process, and Purpose. He is a big advocate for team-based healthcare, so much so that he redefined his whole business model around it and has had incredible success as a solo practitioner as a result.

Steve Feldman is President of the Human Animal Bond Research Institute, an animal lover, and an expert in public affairs and communication. He has led the Human Animal Bond Research Institute, or HABRI, since its inception 11 years ago, funding research that strengthens and promotes the human-animal bond and educating veterinary teams and others about the importance of this bond.
