If you’ve been thinking about making a job change and want to explore the corporate side of veterinary medicine, a free webinar may provide insights.

On Nov. 17 from noon to 1 p.m. CST, the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) Veterinary Career Center is offering a free webinar on how to make the transition into corporate work.

Webinar attendees are also eligible for one hour of veterinary CE credits.

The webinar will cover what types of jobs are available in the corporate sector and what qualifications are required for those jobs. The webinar will also share how to make a successful transition once you make the decision.

Karen Felsted, DVM, CPA and consultant to veterinary practices and the animal health industry, and Stacy Pursell, founder and CEO of The Vet Recruiter, an industry executive search and recruitment firm, will lead the webinar.
