Kelly Drescher Johnson, BA, MDiv

Kelly Drescher Johnson, BA, MDiv, obtained her bachelor’s degree in music education from Carroll University, and a Master of Divinity from Boston University with a concentration in practical theology. She also holds certificates as a trauma and grief informed professional through PESI®; she is registered as a Pet Chaplain® through the Association for Veterinary Pastoral Education; and she has completed 800 hours of clinical pastoral education.

Additionally, she has helped create content on pet loss, including videos, for the Parmenter Foundation and participated on panels and podcasts regarding pet loss. She and her husband are owned by three dogs: Daisy, Motley, and Harper.
